2. Payment

   • Prices are listed clearly at checkout and may vary depending on package details.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

   • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non‑refundable.
   • If Burnt Orchid Organics must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Delivery of Custom Spray

   • Your bespoke sensory spray will be blended after the consultation and dispatched within [5 days].

   • Please share any allergies or sensitivities before your spray is blended.
