All orders from Burnt Orchid Organics™ are handmade, packed with care, and shipped from the UK. We aim to make delivery clear, reliable, and stress‑free.

We do not currently ship worldwide.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Handmade sprays may require a slightly longer preparation period, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
• Orders placed during busy periods may take a little longer.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers, including:

• Royal Mail
• Evri (for some parcels)

Your carrier may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2–4 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, postal delays, or due to customs processing (EU only).

Shipping Costs

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

We will contact the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
