Returns Policy: We want every order from Burnt Orchid Organics to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

What Can Be Returned

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging where applicable

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product‑integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sprays that have been opened, used, or handled

  • Any handmade spray products that cannot be resold

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital products

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Replace the item or

  • Offer a refund (to your original payment method)

  • Cover return postage where required

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@burntorchidorganics.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

We reply within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Return Address

For safety and privacy, we provide the return address once your return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return postage.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

EU Customers

EU customers follow the same 30‑day return window and eligibility rules. Return postage rules remain the same.

Dropshipped Items Dropshipped products can be returned within 30 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address for the supplier. Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item.
