Returns Policy

We want every order from Burnt Orchid Organics™ to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


What Can Be Returned

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging (where applicable)

Items must be in a resaleable state.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product‑integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • sprays that have been opened, used, or handled
  • any handmade spray products that cannot be resold
  • custom or personalised items
  • digital products (including downloads, assessments, or PDFs)

These items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless faulty.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • replace the item, or
  • offer a refund to your original payment method
  • cover return postage where required

Please keep the item and packaging until we advise next steps.


How to Start a Return

Email support@burntorchidorganics.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

We reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.


Return Address

For safety and privacy, we provide the return address after your return request is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return postage.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EU Customers

EU customers follow the same:

  • 30‑day return window
  • eligibility rules
  • return‑postage rules

Customs fees paid at delivery are non‑refundable.


Dropshipped Items

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

For dropshipped items:

  • they can be returned within 30 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • once your return is approved, we will provide the correct supplier return address
  • refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item

Processing times may vary depending on the supplier.
