An aromatherapy consultation is a personalised, one-to-one session designed to explore your individual needs, sensitivities, and wellbeing goals. You'll receive a bespoke Prescription & Treatment Plan crafted specifically for you. Consultations are a complementary wellbeing service and do not replace professional medical advice.

An email consultation is delivered entirely in writing — ideal if you prefer to work at your own pace or have complex needs that benefit from a considered, detailed response. A virtual consultation is a live, one-to-one video call lasting 45–60 minutes, giving you the opportunity to ask questions in real time. Both include a full intake assessment and bespoke Treatment Plan.

Yes. Our consultations are designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind. We use a sensory-safe, neurodivergent-friendly approach throughout — from the intake process to formulation — ensuring recommendations are considered, unhurried, and tailored to your sensory profile.

Yes. Oncology-safe options are available across all consultation types. Please mention any oncology history or active treatment in your intake assessment so your practitioner can ensure all recommendations meet the appropriate safety standards.

We support a wide range of needs, including stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing, sleep difficulties, sensory sensitivities, skin concerns (including sensitivity, dryness, and irritation), women's wellness (hormonal balance, cycle support, perimenopause and menopause), fatigue and energy, oncology support and recovery, and chronic illness and pain management.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll complete a detailed intake assessment covering your health history, sensitivities, and goals. For email consultations, your practitioner will then craft your personalised plan in writing. For virtual consultations, your video call will be scheduled and your plan shared following the session.

Your bespoke sensory spray is blended after your consultation, once your Treatment Plan has been finalised. It is dispatched within 5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services.

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If we need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Please share any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions in your intake assessment before your spray is blended. All formulations are reviewed for safety, and your practitioner will ensure your prescription avoids any contraindicated ingredients.

Yes. All personal information shared during your consultation — including health history and sensory profile — is treated with complete respect and kept strictly confidential.
