At Burnt Orchid Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and strict return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or consumable items

  • Personal care or organic consumables

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

  • Discounted or sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [annette@burntorchidorganics.org] within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us (damaged/incorrect item)

5. Exchanges / Replacements

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement shipping will be arranged after approval

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy

7. Important Notice

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may result in your request being declined.
