Are your products safe for highly sensitive individuals?

Yes. Every product is formulated using our SOFT Framework™ — a proprietary method that tests for scent intensity, skin safety, and suitability for sensory-sensitive individuals. We never use synthetic fragrance, and all blends use 100% natural botanicals.

Are your products safe for children?

Many of our blends are suitable for use around children, but we always recommend checking the individual product description and consulting with us if your child has specific sensory needs or health conditions. Our consultations can help you find the safest options for your family.

Are your products oncology-safe?

We offer oncology-safe formulations and our consultations are designed to accommodate those undergoing cancer treatment or recovery. Please book a consultation so we can tailor recommendations specifically to your situation.

Are your products safe to use alongside medication?

Some essential oils can interact with certain medications. We strongly recommend booking a consultation if you or the person you're buying for takes regular medication, so we can ensure every recommendation is safe for your specific circumstances.

What does "neurodivergent-friendly" mean for your products?

It means every blend is assessed for scent intensity and sensory load — so nothing is overpowering, harsh, or likely to trigger sensory overload. We specifically address hyperosmia (heightened sense of smell) in our formulation process.

Consultations

What's the difference between an email and a virtual consultation?

An email consultation is completed at your own pace — you share your needs and health history in writing, and receive a personalised treatment plan by email. A virtual consultation is a live 1:1 video session, ideal if you'd prefer to talk through your needs in real time. Both include a written treatment plan.

What's included in a Wellness Kit?

Wellness Kits are curated selections of products matched specifically to your consultation treatment plan — so you can start using your recommendations straight away. They're available as add-ons to both email and virtual consultations.

How long does it take to receive my treatment plan?

Email consultation treatment plans are typically delivered within 5 working days. Virtual consultations include a written plan sent after your session.
